Pet portraits, painted by hand

Every whisker and every expression, painted with care.

Pets are hard to photograph and easy to love. A painted portrait catches what a phone rarely does: the look they give you when you pick up the lead, the fur that never lies flat.

Dogs, cats and horses are all welcome, and so is a portrait of you together. A pet counts as one extra person, so adding yours to a family portrait is simple.

If your pet is no longer with you, send us the photos you have. Old or imperfect photos are fine, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do with them.

Good to know

What photos work best for a pet portrait?

Take the photo at your pet's eye level in daylight, with the eyes sharp. Send several if you can: they help your artist with markings and colouring.

Can you paint my pet with me?

Yes. A pet counts as one extra person.

My pet has passed away. Can you still paint them?

Yes, from whatever photos you have. We'll look at them first and tell you what's possible.
